Each troubleshooter is a decision tree. Questions are ordered so the quickest, most common checks come first, and every path ends in a likely cause, a way to confirm it and a fix.

Causes and fixes are based on the ad platforms' and operating systems' own documentation, such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple and Android developer docs. Where something is general practice rather than documented behaviour, the page says so.

Limits

A troubleshooter narrows down likely causes; it can't see your data. Confirm each diagnosis with the checks listed before changing budgets or settings.
